Tycoon Li Ka-shing, who owns diversified businesses including Cheung Kong and Hutchison Whampoa, tops the list with an estimated net-worth of $31.3 Billion. Lee Shau Kee is 2nd on the list with $23.9 Billion, with key holdings in Henderson Land. Cheng Yu-tung, who owns Chow Tai Fook is 3rd on the list with $15 Billion.
Thomas & Raymond Kwok. Sun Hung Kai Properties and Joseph Lau, Chinese Estates rounded up the top 5 richest people in Hong Kong with $14.9 Billion and $14.8 Billion respectively.
