No. 1 Fullerton Fund Management Appoints Jenny Sofian as CEO
Fullerton Fund Management has appointed Jenny Sofian as the Chief Executive Officer, effective 1st November 2017. She will takeover the role from Ho Tian Yee, Chairman of the board, and is the interim CEO.
Jenny joins from Amundi Singapore, where she was the CEO and Head of South Asia since November 2009. She has over two decades of experience across Asia and held investment and business leadership roles. Jenny had joined Amundi in 1996 to manage Asian equity portfolios. She was later appointed Head of Research for Asia and in 1999, promoted to Managing Director.
Fullerton Fund Management is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, was founded in 2003 and managed SGD17.3 billion AUM as at 30 September 2017. Learn More …

Lombard Odier has hired Lee Wong as Head of Family Services, Asia from Union Bancaire Privée (UBP). She will be be leading wealth planning and family services in Asia and will report to Vincent Magnenat, CEO Asia at Lombard Odier.

Union Banciare Privee (UBP) has hired Adele Yeo as Managing Director & Head of Investment Advisors for Southeast Asia. She will lead a team of investment advisors and will report to Ranjit Khanna.

Hong Kong listed Mason Group Holdings has acquired Raiffeisen Privatbank Liechtenstein AG for CHF 58.6 million.
With the acquisition, Mason Group, an investment holding company focusing on financial businesses will be able to offer sophisticated private investors and high-ranking asset managers from Asia. Raiffeisen Privatbank Liechtenstein will be able to open up the Asian markets through targeted investments.

Odyssey Capital Group has hired Max Martirani as Head of Asset Management. Odyssey had received its asset management license from the Hong Kong regulator in September 2017 and is launching several discretionary portfolios investing in global and Asian assets.
Prior, Max was a portfolio manager at Symmetry Investments, focusing on Global macro, Asia, G10, FX, rates, equities, commodities and options. Before Symmetry, he was an executive member and PM at Graham Capital for 3 years and portfolio manager at Citadel for 2 years.
