EFG Appoints Ex-Credit Suisse APAC Vice-Chairman Tee Fong Seng to Chair Advisory Board for Asia
EFG has appointed Mr Tee Fong Seng to chair EFG’s Advisory Board for Asia, which will be established by end-2017. The new Advisory Board will provide guidance and expert advice to support the bank’s growth strategy in Asia.

Fong Seng joins from Credit Suisse, where he was the Vice Chairman Private Banking in the Asia Pacific region. From 2013 to 2016, he had served as Chief Executive of Credit Suisse’s Hong Kong Branch and Head of Market Greater China. He was also the chair of the Wealth Management Steering Committee at the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF) between 2007 to 2013.
The Board of Directors of EFG International has also decided to nominate Mr Tee Fong Seng for election to its Board of Directors at the AGM to be held on 27 April 2018.
