BGL BNP Paribas Buys ABN AMRO in Luxembourg
BGL BNP Paribas, one of the largest banks in Luxembourg and part of the BNP Paribas Group, will buy all outstanding shares in ABN AMRO Bank (Luxembourg) and its fully owned subsidiary ABN AMRO Life.

ABN AMRO Life S.A. will be transferred to Cardif Lux Vie immediately following the acquisition. Cardif Lux Vie is one of the largest is a Luxembourg insurance company, that is owned by BNP Paribas Cardif, BGL BNP Paribas and Ageas. The transaction is expected to be completed by Q3 2018.
