India $61 million Sanghvi & Sons diamond heiress 8-year old Devanshi Sanghvi had given her up $61 million fortune by becoming a nun (Jain Sadhvi) and to forgo worldly pleasures. Sanghvi & Sons jewellery business was founded in 1981 by her father Mohan Sanghvi in the western city of Surat (also known as Diamond City). 8-year old Devanshi Sanghvi family members are of the Jain faith (Janism or Jain Dharma – An indian religion preaching non-violence, strict vegetarianism and love for all creatures).
