Altrata (Wealth-X) has released the World Ultra Wealth Report 2022, providing key insights into UHNWs (Ultra net high net worth) with more than $30 million. In 2022, there are around 392,410 UHNWs ($30 million & above) in the world, 68,981 UHNWs with more than $100 million, 3,311 with more than $1 billion, and 34.2 million HNWs ($1 million & above). Of the 392,410 UHNWs population, 89.2% are men and 10.8% are women. The top 10 countries with the most UHNWs are United States, China, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, UK, Canada, France, Switzerland, Italy and the top 10 cities with the most UHNWs are Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, London, San Francisco, Paris, Chicago, Washington DC, Dallas. The top 5 source of UHNW Wealth by industries (Male) are Banking & Finance, Business & Consumer Services, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Technology.
