Goldman Sachs has agreed to pay $215 million to settle a decade-long female discrimination class action lawsuit covering 2,800 women in Goldman Sachs Investment Banking, Investment Management & Securities Divisions, for unequal treatment in pay and promotion opportunities. Goldman Sachs has also agreed to hire independent experts to review Goldman Sachs unequal pay and promotion opportunities (performance reviews) between women & men.
