Credit Suisse has received a $108 million lawsuit from a South Africa hedge fund M1 for wrong margin call in 2020 by Credit Suisse, with Credit Suisse selling stock pledge by M1 as collateral. In the lawsuit, South Africa hedge fund M1 claims Credit Suisse had calculated the margins requirement incorrectly.
