Former Deutsche Bank investment banker Rashawn Rusell has pleaded guilty and promised to pay $1.5 million for misappropriating funds from investors for cryptocurrency fund R3, promising big returns but transferring some funds to personal account and using the funds for gambling & personal expenses.
