New Zealand liquidators of construction company Mainzeal are unable to contact China Shanghai businessman Richard Yan Ciliang for $37 million (NZD 60.9 million) owed to creditors. Mainzeal parent company Richina is reported to own billions of assets. New Zealand business advisory firm BDO Auckland had been instructed to place advertisements in Hong Kong & Mainland China to serve notice on Richard Yan.
