China education giant & Hong Kong-listed XJ International Holdings bondholders include PAG & Oasis Management. In March 2024, XJ International Holdings received a winding up petition after defaulting on the $324 million bond. Bank of New York is the trustee for the defaulted bondholders & is acting on behalf of 49.1% of the bondholders (XJ international Holdings). Earlier in February 2024, XJ International Holdings had received a letter from bondholders requesting for early redemption by 2nd March 2024 of XJ International Holdings $350 million bonds due 2026. 30th March 2024 – China education giant & Hong Kong-listed XJ International Holdings has received a winding up petition after defaulting on the $324 million bond. Bank of New York is the trustee for the defaulted bondholders & is acting on behalf of 49.1% of the bondholders (XJ international Holdings). Earlier in February 2024, XJ International Holdings had received a letter from bondholders requesting for early redemption by 2nd March 2024 of XJ International Holdings $350 million bonds due 2026.
