Starwood Capital Group $10 billion REIT fund has reduced the REIT fund monthly redemption limit from 2% to 0.33% of net asset value equivalent to $33 million for April 2024, and to reduce management fees during the reduced redemption limit period (0.33% of net asset value). Starwood Capital Group is a private investment firm with a primary focus on global real estate.
