Italy luxury sneaker group Golden Goose has postponed the IPO on Euronext Milan Stock Exchange with target $1.8 billion valuation (€1.7 billion) and to raise $639 million (€595.7 million) in the IPO.Golden Goose is backed by UK $85 billion private equity group Permira.Golden Goose – Golden Goose is a Next Gen global luxury company founded on a passion for all things that are “perfectly imperfect”, authentic and unique.Born in 2000, it operates at the intersection of luxury, lifestyle and sportswear.
