A UK court has sentenced 7 individuals (Age 26 to 29) to jail from 11 months to 12 years term for operating a $72 million (£55 million) money laundering foreign exchange scheme for China international university students to bypass $50,000 annual overseas transfer limit, using China messaging app to sell GBP to students. China citizens are required to use foreign exchange account opened with China banks. The 7 individuals (Age 26 to 29) are Ruolan Chen, Xiaoyu Shu, Ang Li, Yunchen Huang, Peng Liu, Qiji Wang & Yin Ying Wang.
