Japan Nikko Asset Management with $240 billion AUM has announced to rename as Amova Asset Management on 1st September 2025, and remains a full subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group. Nikko Asset Management was founded in Japan in 1950. Amova is derived from Am (Asset Management) and ova (Nova, which means new in Latin).
