JP Morgan has set a work limit of 80 hours per week (11 hours per day, 7 days) for junior bankers. In 2024 May, Bank of America associate Leo Lukenas had died from a heart attack, and had been reported to have worked sometimes for over 100 hours per week (14 hours per day, 7 days).
