Singapore founding Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew youngest son Lee Hsien Yang had paid $481,000 (S$619,335.53) to 2 Singapore Ministers (Law & Home Affairs Minister K. Shanmugam, Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan) in defamation lawsuit default judgement in a facebook post (2023 July) for receiving preferential treatment in renting of 2 state-owned colonial bungalows, including cutting down trees & renovation expenses. In 2024 June, the Li family ancestors shrine in China of Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing & Singapore founding Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew had been damaged after severe rain (17/6/24). The Li family ancestors shrine is located in China Fujian Province. The Li’s Family Ancestral Hall is a China cultural heritage site built in 1836 by descendants of the Li Clan to commemorate ancestor Li Huode who had settled in Fujian Province, and is a China national tourist attraction. Li Ka-shing is one of the richest man in Hong Kong & Asia with around $35 billion fortune. In 2023 May, Singapore central bank Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) launched a S$10 coin to commemorate Singapore founding Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew 100th birth anniversary, who was born in 1923 (1923 to 2015) and becoming Singapore Prime Minister from 1959 to 1990. Singapore 2nd Prime Minister is Goh Chok Tong (1990 to 2004), and Singapore 3rd & current Prime Minister is Lee Hsien Loong (2004 to 2024), who is the son of Lee Kuan Yew.
