A Malaysia High Court has ordered Singapore citizen Chan Cheh Shin to return $6.2 million (MYR 28 million) with 5% per annum interest to 122 investors for illegal operations. Chan Cheh Shin did not seek approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia to raise funds for investments, started raising funds from 2016 via 2 companies Fulda (Malaysia) & Palau Capital (Singapore) and promoting the investment products via roadshows & seminars.
