Saudi Arabia just-IPO listed financial services firm United International Holding (Tasheel Finance) CEO Sakhr Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Mulhem has died on 6th December 2024, 3 days after IPO on 3rd December 2024 (Saudi Exchange) with parent United Electronics (eXtra) raising $264 million by selling 30% at $880 million valuation.  Sakhr Al Mulhem is the Chief Executive Officer of United International Holding Company (UIHC) and member of several executive management   committees with regional and global experience in the financial and banking sector in Saudi Arabia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Mexico.  Prior to his appointment as CEO of UIHC, Sakhr held executive roles in the financial, insurance and aviation sectors spanning business management, development, product marketing, operations management, projects and strategic planning.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing and an MBA from Washington International University in the United States with professional certifications from INSEAD in France and Singapore and the University of Texas, Austin. United International Holding Company was established in 1443H (corresponding to 2021G) as a closed joint-stock company with a share capital of two hundred and fifty million Saudi Riyals (SAR 250,000,000) , headquartered in Saudi Arabia, Al Khobar.  UIHC aspires to take the lead in providing multi-product and multi-category digital financial services and to be the largest provider of sharia-compliant consumer finance in the Kingdom.
