Singapore first-elected President Ong Teng Cheong (1993 to 1999) family has placed a Singapore Good Class Bungalow (GCB) at Dalvey Road (1 Dalvey Estate) for sale at $44 million (S$60 million), after a lawsuit filed in 2022. The 21,882 sq ft bungalow is near UNESCO World Heritage Site Botanic Gardens. The property was the private residence of the late Ong Teng Cheong (1936 to 2002) ,and is held by his eldest son Ong Tze Guan & Wang Yi Yi (ex-wife of younger brother Ong Tze Boon) via O&O Capital & Wang Investment. In 2022, Ong Tze Guan filed a lawsuit against Wang Yi Yi to either buy his share of the Dalvey bungalow or to sell in open market with proceeds to be divided equally. The bungalow was built in 1927 and is 1 of 14 conserved buildings in the Nassim Road & White House Park Conservation area. In 2021, Ong Tze Guan filed a lawsuit against his younger brother Ong Tze Boon & 6 shareholders for undervaluing and buying his 28.45% stake in their architecture firm Ong&Ong Holdings (Ong Tze Boon 70.43% shareholding).
