A Singapore court has awarded 69% of $7.5 million (S$10.2 Million) asset to ex-wife (Age 38, Malaysia citizen) after her husband (Age 39, Australia citizen) tried to hide asset in their divorce matrimonial pool declaring only $8,681 (S$11,732) asset. Singapore Judicial Commissioner Mohamed Faizal Mohamed Abdul Kadir calls the husband actions a fraud. The ex-wife had asked for 50% of asset. The Singapore court awards her husband 31% of the $7.5 million asset. Both have joint custody of their 6-year-old child, with child maintenance set at $2,738 (S$3,700) per month split 50% each.
