United States commercial real estate information & analytics giant CoStar ($31 billion) has made an offer to buy Australia online real estate platform Domain Group for $1.68 billion (AUD 2.65 billion).  Domain Group was founded in 1999 by publisher Fairfax Media, which merged with Nine Entertainment in 2018.  Domain – Domain Group is a leading Australian property marketplace made-up of a portfolio of brands.
