United States online ticketing platform StubHub has filed for a United States NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) IPO to raise $1 billion at $16.5 billion valuation. StubHub was founded in 2000 by Eric Baker & Jeff Fluhr, but both had different views of the business and sold StubHub to eBay for $310 million in 2007. In 2006, Eric Baker launched ticket reseller Viagogo, and acquired StubHub from eBay for $4.05 billion in 2020.
