A Hong Kong court has voided a 21-year-ago 2004 will with $373 million (HKD 2.9 billion) estate by the late Hong Kong tycoon & Lai Sun Group founder Lim Por-Yen, with Hong Kong court ruling to include his 3rd wife (Koo Siu-ying) & child (Pearl Ling Meng-chu also known as Pearl Lam) as beneficiaries of his estate. The Hong Kong High Court had found suspicious execution of the 2004 December will, with majority of assets distributed to his 1st & 2nd wives family. Lim Por-Yen had died at age 93 in 2005 February, and had dementia.
