HK Listed Financial Advisory Firm Convoy Applies for Trading Halt, 3 Directors under Investigations
Hong Kong listed financial advisory firm Convoy has applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for a voluntary trading halt from 11:04 a.m. on 7th December 2017 for investigation by authority on 3 of the companies’ Executive Directors.

The 3 Executive Directors, Mr. Wong Lee Man, Ms. Fong Sut Sam and Ms. Chan Lai Yee, complying with standard protocol, have been suspended for duties and have been arrested by the Independent Commission Against Corruption. Mr. Ng Wing Fai, an executive director of the Company, will act as Interim Chairman of the Board.
