Former China Party Secretary & GM of China Railway Investigated for Corruption & Violation

Former China Party Secretary & General Manager of China Railway Corp Sheng Guangzu (Age 72) is under investigation from government authorities for suspected corruption & violation. The investigation is conducted by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China and the National Supervisory Commission. Sheng Guangzu is China former Minister of Railways. In 2011, he became the Minister of Railways after the then-Minister of Railways was removed for corruption charges. In 2019, China Railway Corp. was renamed as China State Railway Group.
