Thailand YouTuber Cheats 6,000 Investors in $55 Million FX Scam with 35% Returns, Company Linked to Luxury Fraud Case in Singapore

A popular Thailand YouTuber Suchata Kongsupachak has cheated 6,000 investors of $55 million in a FX (foreign exchange) scam promising 35% returns. Suchata Kongsupachak draws 847,000 YouTube followers to her YouTube channel (Nutty’s Diary) showing off her dancing moves and posting social media feeds on her luxury cars, watches & property, and redirecting them to private courses via her Instagram profile, promising returns as high as 35% through her company Suchata Co Ltd. The company Suchata Co Ltd had also been linked to another fraud case in Singapore, in which a couple (Singaporean husband, Thai wife) had cheated customers over luxury goods. Suchata Kongsupachak had changed her named twice Leah Kongchak and Natthamon Kongchak. See below for YouTube videos.
