The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has announced new appointments and reappointments to 8 committees with effect from 1 April 2023.  The 8 committees are Academic and Accreditation Advisory Committee, Committee on Real Estate Investment Trusts, Disciplinary Chair Committee, Public Shareholders Group, SFC (HKEC Listing) Committee, Share Registrars’ Disciplinary Committee, Takeovers and Mergers Panel, and Takeovers Appeal Committee.  See below for appointments & re-appointments.

31st March 2023 – The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) is pleased to announce new appointments and reappointments to the following committees with effect from 1 April 2023:
