In September 2023, Amer Sports had filed for an IPO and is expected to list in early 2024. Amer Sports is a Finland sporting corporation founded in 1950 as an industrial conglomerate. The company evolved into a sporting corporation and is a limited company of China retail conglomerate Anta Sports.
