A United States New York court has ordered former United States President Donald Trump to pay $454 million for civil business fraud by inflating assets & net worth to obtain financial incentives, and banned from running business in New York for 3 years. The verdict was given by a New York judge without jury. The $454 million fine comprises of $354,868,768 in disgorgement and $98.6 million in prejudgment interest (Accrue 9% p.a.), with both his children Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr ordered to pay $4 million each (included in the total fine) and banned in New York for 2 years.
