China first private aircraft-maker founder Zhu Songhua had been sentenced to 3 years & 4 months jail for illegally obtaining $27,000 of China government funds by creating false sales contract.  Zhu Songhua founded Shanghai Guanyi Aviation in 2016 & Jiangxi Guanyi Aviation 2017.  In the court proceeding, Zhu Songhua lawyer stated Guanyi Aviation had invested $13.9 million in R&D (Research & Development), and thus meeting the qualifying criteria to obtain China government funds.
