United States asset manager Janus Henderson with $361 billion AUM has announced to buy private credit manager Victory Park Capital with $6 billion AUM, founded in 2007 by Richard Levy & Brendan Carroll.  Victory Park Capital invests in asset-based lending including small business, consumer finance, financial & hard assets, and real estate credit, and has invested $10.3 billion in more than 220 investments.  Janus Henderson currently manages $36.3 billion securitised assets.
