South Korea sovereign wealth fund Korea Investment Corp (KIC) has hired World Bank Park Il Young as CEO, succeeding Jin Seoungho who is appointed as Chairman after completing 3-year term as CEO. Park Il Young joins from World Bank (Executive Director for Asia & Pacific Constituency), and was previously with South Korea Ministry of Economy & Finance and Senior Advisor to International Monetary Fund (IMF) from 2015 to 2017.
