China Ministry of Finance has announced to increase the penalties for certified public accountants & accounting firms for violations starting 2025 January, with offenders to be listed on a List of Seriously Dishonest Entities (Will include those who have more than 1-year suspension, licences revoked or criminal convictions). China has more than 10,000 accounting firms & 105,000 certified public accountants.
