Citigroup is facing $26 million losses in block trade transaction after unable to fully sell shares of Australia Goodman Group for China sovereign wealth fund China Investment Corp (CIC). Citigroup had fully underwrite 50.4 million of Goodman Group shares in a block trade to sell at floor price of AUD 37.55, but sold only 23.4 million shares at AUD 36.40. Goodman Group has a current market value of $44 billion. Goodman is a specialist global industrial property and digital infrastructure group.
