China Dayao Beverages has been reported to be planning for a Hong Kong IPO in the 2nd half of 2025 to raise $500 million. Dayao Beverages was founded in 1983 by Wang Qingdong. It’s products have expanded beyond Inner Mongolia and the Northern China market, covering the entire country. Dayao Beverages are very popular in over 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, including Tianjin and Beijing. Dayao Beverages’ flagship product, Dayao Jiabin, in beer bottle packaging, has a unique taste and is a classic flavor that orginated in the 1980s, it is also a popular choice among citizens. However, Dayao Beverages brand is currently in a situation where the channels are the driving forces but the brand awareness among netizens is still low.
