The Hang Seng Indexes Company has launched the new Hang Seng SCHK Free Cash Flow Index, tracking 50 high free cash flow yield securities listed in Hong Kong eligible for Southbound Trading. The top 10 constituents are China Mobile, BYD, Metro China, Li Auto, CNOOC, China Telecom, China Shenhua, CKH Holdings, Cathay Pacific & China Coal. Announcement (28/2/25): “Hang Seng Indexes Company today launched the Hang Seng SCHK Free Cash Flow Index (‘HSSCFCF’). The new index is calculated and disseminated in real-time at two-second intervals. The HSSCFCF is reviewed half-yearly in the second quarter (Q2) and the fourth quarter (Q4) in accordance with the index review and rebalancing schedule of Hang Seng Family of Indexes. After the launch, the latest constituent changes will be implemented after market close on 7 March 2025 (Friday) and effective on 10 March 2025 (Monday). Index review result of the HSSCFCF is provided in the Appendix. For more details about the new index, please visit.https://www.hsi.com.hk/eng/indexes/all-indexes/hsscfcf.” The index – The Hang Seng SCHK Free Cash Flow Index (“HSSCFCF”) aims to reflect the performance of 50 high free cash flow yield securities listed in Hong Kong that are eligible for Southbound Trading under the Stock Connect schemes.
