No. 1 Ex-BSI Banker Sentenced to 54 Months in Jail
Yeo Jiawei, a former BSI banker was sentenced to 54 months in jail. He admitted to charges including money laundering and played a role in transactions involving 1MDB and made secret profits on the side.
The latest sentence handed to the banker will mean that Yeo faces a total of 84 months in jail after he was sentenced to 30 months jail for trying to hamper investigations. Learn More …
