BLP Launches Cross-Border Family Asset Protection Team
International law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has launched a new Family Asset Protection team to provide cross-border and corporate family law expertise to high net worth (HNW) ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients in London and Hong Kong. The team will be led by Marcus Dearle, Partner and Head of Family Asset Protection.

The team will advise on all areas of relationship breakdown with a focus on international pre and post-nuptial agreements (PNAs), and divorce and trust matters. It will offer family relationship protection strategies.
