The Chairman of Credit Suisse Antonio Horta-Osório has breached COVID-19 rules twice, flying to London for the Wimbledon Tennis Finals in July 2021. The Chairman of Credit Suisse Antonio Horta-Osório may have breached quarantine rules in United Kingdom, which is a criminal offence with offenders could be subject to fines starting at £1,000, rising to £10,000 for repeat offences, and in some cases, could face jail-term. In November 2021, the Chairman of Credit Suisse Antonio Horta-Osório had also breached COVID-19 rules in Switzerland.

Antonio Horta-Osório had joined Credit Suisse as Chairman in April 2021. He was the former Group Chief Executive of Lloyds Banking Group, which is the largest largest retail and commercial bank in the UK.
